A beautiful day in downtown Tucson

The sun comes up on a beautiful day in El Presidio Park in downtown Tucson. A far cry from the rains of Aug. 23.

D'Backs win

Kathy and I, joined by our friend Deb, went to Phoenix today to see the Diamondbacks beat the Phillies 2-0. Left you see Kathy favorite player Luis Gonzalez at bat in the first inning.

Ms. Khloe

Ms. Khloe likes to check everything out around the house. She also like ear rubs and to give little kisses to the ear rubber on their nose. (By the way, click once on the picture to make it bigger)

Mr. Kona

Mr. Kona, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, likes to relax on the footstool on a recent Sunday afternoon. (By the way, click once on the picture and it gets bigger.)

Almost Heaven!

This is my absolute favor picture taken in the Grand Tetons. This was taken from a moving car and shows a ranch in the foreground and the Tetons in the background. To quote John Denver: "almost heaven." (By the way, click once on the picture and it gets bigger)

A rainy day in Tucson

On Aug. 23, 2005, Tucson and Pima County received 2.29 inches of rain at the airport, but some areas received nearly twice that amount. This picture shows a low cloud bank over the foothills in front of the Santa Catalina Mountains. (By the way, click once on the picture and it gets bigger)
